Job Description:-

Job Title: Research Analyst (Back-end Operation)

Experience: 0 – 1 year

Shift time: 7.30 pm – 4.30 am (Night Shift)

Gender: Female

Working Days: Mon Fri (Sat & Sun Fixed Off)

Location: Mumbai (Andheri West)

 Roles & Responsibilities

• Excellent communication skills ( verbal and written).
• Major work is the back office, data, Internet research related.
• Work directly with clients from all over the world.
• Work on excels, PowerPoint presentations, and Word documents.
• Develop and maintain effective work relationships with clients.
• Take accurate inquiry details from the client.
• Understand the work requirement of the client and accomplished it effectively.
• Data research, data mining, data entry, and the use of CRM are a plus.
• Provide a weekly schedule of planned activities to the team leader.
• Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
