  Welcome to The Prayas India! We are delighted to have you as a student. By completing the fee payment and enrolling in our programs, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions:

  • All fees are non-refundable after payment, regardless of the circumstances leading to withdrawal from the program.
  • The Prayas India reserves the right to modify the fee structure and payment deadlines as deemed necessary.

  2. Student Conduct and Discipline:

  • All students are expected to adhere to the code of conduct and behavior standards set by The Prayas India.
  • Any form of academic dishonesty, harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in disciplinary action.

  3. Attendance Requirements:

  • Regular attendance is essential for academic success. Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes, lectures, workshops, and assessments.
  • Falling below the specified attendance threshold may result in academic penalties, including disqualification from assessments.

  4. Academic Integrity:

  • Plagiarism, cheating, or any form of academic misconduct is strictly prohibited.
  • All academic work submitted must be the student’s original work or properly cited as per the institution’s guidelines.

  5. Program Changes and Modifications:

  • The Prayas India reserves the right to modify or cancel programs, courses, schedules, or instructors as needed. Such changes will be communicated to students in a timely manner.
