t is a feast of the senses. Founded in 2011, KA is the first hospitality organization in the nation to bring in standalone Michelin-starred restaurants.
Our first business venture was the London-based, Michelin-starred Hakkasan Mumbai, which has locations throughout the USA, Asia, and the Middle East. By establishing desirable standards for the discriminating Indian diner, we initiated the process of changing the culinary sector with the introduction of Hakkasan.
Soon after Hakkasan, we brought down Yauatcha, London's favourite dim sum and tea house to Mumbai. After the success of Yauatcha Mumbai, we expanded the brand, taking it to Bengaluru in 2013. Soon after, Yauatcha became the toast of Kolkata in 2014.
In 2017, KA brought down Nara, Bangkok's go-to Thai institution, which brings this vibrant cuisine in a modern setting, complemented by warm Thai hospitality, in the heart of BKC and Colaba.
After introducing renowned global F&B brands to India, we ventured into cultivating homegrown brands. Our first is CinCin restaurant, an Italian-inspired restaurant and bar, that was launched in Mumbai in 2017. Focused on cicchetti, handmade pasta and wine, CinCin offers a taste of the spirit of Amalfi in the city's commercial capital, BKC.
It's joyful, lighthearted, carefree, and bright—just like the Amalfi Coast during spring break! That unique, warm, and welcoming all-day area that suits all ages and tastes.
The cuisine at CinCin restaurant is a simple ode to the cuisine of central and southern Italy; it aims to serve up seasonal, ingredient-driven dishes that pay homage to both the most traditional Italian recipes and the freshest, in-season ingredients.
With food that is as bright and fresh as its décor, CinCin restaurant promises to offer an Italian experience like no other. The restaurant is inspired by the colorful houses along the Amalfi coast and encourages the diner to relax with friends.
The dishes are native to Italy’s central and regions, offering classic Italian recipes adapted with local and seasonal ingredients. Signature dishes include the Chitarra Cacio e pepe, the Lasagna efunghi and the Piccante Pizza.
Savor the modern Italian food created by Executive Chef Andrew Richardson on CinCin's new Grillworks Infierno, a two-meter stainless steel monstrosity with a large grill and rotisserie that perfectly renders top pieces of meat and freshest market fish over fruitwood charcoal.
Our well-known wine collection, curated by Wine Director Shane Taylor, pairs perfectly with our house made pastas and seasonal salads, which are Vancouver staples. Welcome to the most exquisite dining room in the city for an exclusive and unforgettable evening, hosted by our Restaurant Director.
